Full Stack Engineer Haifa, Israel (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
This unique position involves working on a modern software environment and to develop features for the main customer-facing platform. You will be doing so while working alongside our VP of engineering and will have an opportunity to have an impact on all aspects of Insightings cloud based platform.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer
- Proven experience in working with:
- BE- Python, Node.js.
- FE- React.
- Relational database such as MySQL
- Experience in coding for cloud production environments such as AWS
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong desire to bring products to life, supporting a demanding user base and constantly introducing innovative features
Customer Success Manager Haifa, Israel (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- In charge of all onboarding process of new customers.
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Perform ongoing training to existing and new users
- Aid clients in achieving their goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer success in SaaS companies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
- Fluent in English
Account Executive NA NYC, New York, US
Responsibilities
As the Director of Sales you will lead Insighting’s expansion. As part of your role, you will be required to reach out to C-level executives in the distribution & wholesale industries, demonstrate the value Insighting can bring to their business and onboard them as customers.
The ongoing responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle- identifying potential leads, contacting key decision makers, performing demos and product exploration meetings, negotiating sales and client onboarding.
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in the distribution and wholesale industry
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales, preferably SaaS sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas while receiving positive customers feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
